SHIPPING POLICY
At ALIGNÉ, every piece is dispatched with the same care it was made with.
Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order travels
to you.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following
business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
information once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–18 business days
- Asia: 6–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees
imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility
of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after
dispatch.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt
at hello@aligneofficial.com with your order number and photos of the
damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at
no additional cost.
For lost parcels, we will work with the carrier to locate your order.
If the parcel cannot be recovered, we will issue a replacement or full
refund.
RETURNS
For information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Return &
Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the item is damaged or faulty.
