Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@aligneofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@aligneofficial.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition — unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@aligneofficial.com and we'll look into it promptly.
